Please note that all standard delivery dates provided are estimated, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we cannot guarantee a delivery date for this service.
A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to insufficient/incorrect address details, missed delivery or refusal of the parcel, the order may be returned to ourselves. Upon receipt we will issue a store credit for the cost of the goods only, if a refund is preferred please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Should an error occur with any part of your order we will of course resolve this issue. We do ask that you contact us, within 2 days of receiving your order, via email to email@example.com or via the contact form on the website to inform us of our error.
Please ensure that you retain all of the packaging from your order and the invoice included within your parcel. Failure to retain the enclosed invoice will result in us not being able to investigate the issue and delay or even prevent us being able to arrange a resolution. Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 working days of the specified delivery date, failure to do so may result in us not being able to investigate and prevent us being able to arrange a solution.

We understand that sometimes the item/s you’ve ordered just aren't for you and you want to return these to us for a refund.
We happily accept returned items that are in their original condition, subject to the item/s being returned to us as per the rules below, please note these rules don’t affect your statutory rights: We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receiving your order back to our warehouse, however please note that we do allow up to 15 working days during busier periods. You will receive an email when we receive your return and a follow-up email once we have processed your return.
Abuse of returns policy, such as repeat refunds with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. Above The Rest reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
You generally have 14 days from the moment you recieve an order to return any unwanted items.

We understand that you’re going to try on your items as you would in a shop, however, we are unable to accept items back which are damaged, worn, stained or in an unsuitable condition for resale.
Original tags must still be attached to the item for us to accept your return.
Please ensure you are not wearing makeup, deodorant, perfume/aftershave or tanning lotions when trying on your new items. All items are inspected upon return, if an item is deemed unsuitable to accept as a return we may have to return this item back to your default delivery address.
There are a few items which we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept items such as underwear, swimwear, socks.
CAN I CANCEL / AMEND MY ORDER?
We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you contact customer service straight away we may be able to help. After it has been processed, cancellations will follow the usual returns procedure.
